Sinpas Insaat Anonim Sirketi (“Sinpas Insaat”), which was established on 22 December 2006 with the aim of transforming into a Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), applied to the Capital Markets Board (“CMB”) with a request for conversion to a REIT and approved the relevant request. Subsequently, on May 3, 2007, it was registered with the trade registry and transformed into a REIT, and its title was changed to Sinpas Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. (“Sinpas GYO”). The main operation of the company is to develop residential real estate projects for sale. The company is under the umbrella of Sinpas Group of Companies, one of the leading real estate investment and development groups in the sector.
