Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in tax exempt debt securities. The advisor expects to invest the majority of its assets in debt securities that are rated below investment grade (or "junk bonds"), including unrated securities, but may invest up to 40% of its total assets in investment grade debt securities.
