The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of small-cap companies in the particular markets in which the fund invests. It will primarily invest in a broad and diverse group of equity securities of foreign small companies in developed markets, but may also hold equity securities of companies located in emerging markets.
