During the year, the group sold, for €9.2 million, lots held in a building located on the Left Bank in Paris. All of the Group's buildings have been subject to appraisals, mainly carried out by the firm VIF EXPERTISE on December 31, 2022. The overall appraised value of the property portfolio (investment properties and building occupied by the Group) amounts to €117.1 million, an increase, at constant scope, of €1.6 million (+1.4%) compared to 2021. This increase in value confirms the relevant investment policy of the Group in the Central Business District of Paris. The appraised value of the assets stands at €117.1 million.
